Detailed Reports

There are three aspects of using the detailed reports we will cover here:

Accessing detailed reports

Access detailed reports by going to the Reports page, located in the menu on the left, and hover on a table row. A detailed reports icon will appear on the right side in the table (circled in red). Press the icon to access the detailed reports page. Detailed reports are available for people, projects, and tags.

Filtering data

When entering the detailed reports page, some new filters will appear. Choose if your data should be presented with monthly, weekly, or daily intervals and for what dates data is collected. If «All time» is selected, Busy will collect data from the first logged hour for the person/project/tag.

Reading data

The area graph is showing accumulated hours per month/week/day, depending on your time interval for the selected period. List with total hours on the right is showing elements with the highest number of total hours for your selected period.
